The thoracolumbar approach
The risks associated with anterior approaches
Vessel injury management
The unintentional durotomy

Practical 1:
Live porcine surgery: dural injury and repair

Practical 2:
Live porcine surgery:  anterior retroperitoneal approach, Vascular injury and repair

Practical 3:
Live porcine surgery:  thoracolumbar approach
