Degeneration - Make a diagnosis: Analyze the patient history, comorbidities, disability, and quality of life
Degeneration - Formulate a treatment plan: Critically review the best available evidence when considering operative and nonoperative interventions
Degeneration - Explain treatment options to patients: Recognize the indications for, and limitations of, surgical intervention
